Hey friends!! How’s everyone doing? It’s been a while since my last post, and I’ve got some BIG news to share!
My husband and I have been working toward a huge goal for years. We’ve talked about it over and over, planned it out, and put in a ton of effort. It wasn’t easy, and it’s not something everyone would do, but we finally made it happen—we did it!!
In July, I quit my full-time job, we packed up our lives, and moved to the other side of the world! Crazy, right?! We’re now in Southeast Asia!
We hired an agent in CA who handles international transportation. They hired a local mover to come to our house to put our household items in the container.

It’s been amazing to finally let my body rest properly, going to bed when I’m tired and waking up naturally. I didn’t realize how exhausted I really was until now.
We’re still getting settled in—there’s so much to adjust to, and we’re waiting for our container to arrive. It should be here this weekend, and I can’t wait! My sewing machines are in there, and I miss them so much! It’s going to feel like Christmas morning opening that container, haha!
So, what am I doing now that I quit my job? A few years ago, I learned how to design fabrics, making seamless patterns. I’d always wondered how those gorgeous prints were made, and when I found out, it blew my mind 🤯. Life kept me busy, so I never had the time to really dive into it, but now, nothing’s holding me back. I’m so grateful for that!
