Lamma Hoodie & Sweatshirt, Itch to Stitch

I found this new pattern on Instagram. This Lamma has so many things that I love. I am a sucker for raglan sleeves, color block option, and cowl neck that I have to make it.
Kris from Sew Note contacted me to sew this top together with Rikki. It was fun!!

Pattern:Lamma Hoodie & Sweatshirt

Pattern Description:

The Lamma Hoodie & Sweatshirt is perfect for a casual day when all you want is comfort and style rolled into one. Designed for sweatshirt fabric, you can use brushed French terry or fleece-backed jersey for maximum coziness. The Lamma has many seams in the front and back for a great fit and easy color-blocking! View A has a lined three-piece hood and thumbhole sleeves, and View B has a cowl neck and cuffed sleeves.

Sizing:  00 – 40 (See “Size Chart” tab below for detailed measurements)

Difficulty: Intermediate

Fabric Used: Hot pink rayon double knit from Fabric Mart, other scraps from a past project, and hand me down a small piece of fench terry.

Does it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes

Dislikes:  it was WAY too long for me.

Pattern alterations or any design changes made: shorten 1″ sleeve, front and back piece shorten 1/4″ cuff, front & back, bottom band, and cowl

it was still too long, so I cut 1.5″ at the front and back hem and 1″ sleeve

Would I sew it again?  Yes, after I shorten my pattern more. I already have the fabric in mind

Would I recommend it to others?  Yes, definitely
